From 2018 to 2021, Josh ran logistics for the security division at American Dream in East Rutherford, New Jersey, coordinating operations across the complex's K9, behavioral detection, patrol, and dispatch departments. He served in the Israel Defense Forces in a counterterrorism unit. He relocated to South Florida to found GSI Security.
Rostislav Denisov

Rostislav brings more than two decades of security expertise across military special operations, criminal investigations, and private sector consulting. He served in the Israel Defense Forces in a counterterrorism unit from 2002 to 2023, with formal training in vulnerability assessment and threat analysis. He holds a B.S. in Security Management, magna cum laude, and an M.S. in Protection Management from John Jay College, and served as an undercover investigator for the City of New York. He is DHS and CISA certified in bomb threat assessment, runs active shooter training with former Navy SEALs, and maintains an active firearms instruction practice. GSI Security's Florida Class “B” Security Agency licence is held in his name.

Tuvia served in the Israel Defense Forces special forces and brings a background in international security and defense technology, alongside education in international business management and finance.

- Florida Class “B” Security Agency, licence no.B 3500279, issued under Chapter 493, Florida Statutes by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Licensing.
- Officer licensing
- Officers hold a Florida Class “D” Security Officer licence. Armed officers additionally hold a Class “G” Statewide Firearm licence.
- Screening
- Background screening, psychological evaluation, firearms qualification and regular recertification for all armed personnel.
- Insurance
- Commercial general liability carried in accordance with Chapter 493 requirements. Certificates available on request.
