Event Security
Most event staffing is a number of bodies and a hope. We start with a written security assessment of your venue and your crowd, then staff against what it finds.

We assess before we staff
Every event begins with a written security assessment: the venue, the entry and exit points, the crowd profile, the choke points, and the realistic failure modes for that specific event.
This is the difference between event security and event staffing. A staffing agency sends you the number of people you asked for. We tell you what the number should be, and why, before you commit to it.
What we cover
- Corporate: conferences, trade shows, product launches, shareholder meetings
- Private: weddings, galas, fundraisers, milestone events
- Public: concerts, festivals, sporting events
- High-risk: events where the assessment calls for an elevated posture
On the day
- Access control and screening: credential checks, bag checks, entry management
- Perimeter control: securing the boundary, not just the front door
- Crowd management: flow, density, and the choke points identified in the assessment
- VIP escort: discreet movement for principals and speakers
- Armed support: where the assessment justifies it, never by default
- Law enforcement coordination: when the event requires or requests a law enforcement presence, GSI coordinates directly with local agencies
After
You get a written incident report covering what happened, what was handled, and anything the assessment flagged that turned out to matter. That report is what makes your next event better.
