Overwatch
Most camera systems are evidence collection. Overwatch is intervention: trained operators watching your cameras live, speaking to intruders through your site, and dispatching police on a confirmed breach while it is still happening.

The problem with most camera systems
A recorded camera tells you what you lost. It does not stop the loss. By the time anyone reviews the footage, the copper is gone, the equipment is gone, and you are filing an insurance claim with excellent video of the person who took it.
Overwatch changes what the camera is for.
How it works
We watch, live. Trained operators monitor your cameras on either a 12-hour overnight window or full 24-hour coverage, whichever matches when your site is actually exposed.
We speak up. When someone enters an area they shouldn’t, the operator issues a talk-down through your site’s speakers via automated or live voice. Most intrusions end at this step. People who are testing a property leave when the property demonstrably notices them.
We dispatch. On a confirmed breach, the operator dispatches police or emergency responders directly, with a live description of what is happening and where.
Your cameras or ours
Both. If you already have a camera system, we connect to it. There is no reason to replace working hardware. If you don’t, or your coverage has gaps, we design and install a system built around your site’s actual blind spots.
What it costs
Priced per camera against your site and coverage hours, billed monthly. The quote covers monitoring, alerting, talk-down, and dispatch.
Installation, where needed, is quoted separately against your site.
Where it fits best
Construction sites, equipment yards, car lots, warehouses, self-storage, marinas, vacant property, and any site that is valuable and empty at night: exactly the places where a guard on post all night is hard to justify and a recorded camera isn’t enough.
Overwatch also pairs with officer coverage. Cameras carry the overnight hours, and officers deploy where a physical presence is genuinely required.
HOA communities
Overwatch is well suited to homeowners associations that need documented evidence of violations without putting enforcement decisions in the hands of a third party.
Here is how it works:
- The HOA provides GSI with a list of fineable offenses (parking violations, amenity-area rules, noise policies, or whatever the association governs).
- GSI’s monitoring team documents any observed violation with timestamped footage and a written record.
- GSI sends the documentation to the HOA for the fining committee’s review.
GSI’s role is to observe and report. The HOA’s committee makes all fining decisions. That separation is the selling point: associations get reliable documentation, and GSI never acts as an enforcement authority.
