Live Scenario Training
Generic training teaches people what to do in a building they have never been in. We run it inside yours, walking your entries, your blind spots, and your sanctuary or lobby or classroom, with the scenarios that actually apply to it.

Why on-site matters
You can teach Run-Hide-Fight in any conference room. It does not help much, because under stress people do not recall a diagram; they recall the room they are standing in.
We deliver training in your facility. Your doors. Your sightlines. The corner your team will actually have to defend. By the end, your people have walked their own response route rather than imagining one.
Essentials: 4 hours minimum
Module 1: Security Awareness and Threat Recognition (2 hours)
- The current threat landscape for your sector
- The OODA loop (observe, orient, decide, act)
- Recognising pre-attack indicators and suspicious behaviour
- Access control fundamentals: who belongs, who doesn’t, and how to respond
- Roles and responsibilities within a volunteer or staff security team
- Communication protocols: internal alerts and law enforcement notification
- Legal considerations for security personnel in Florida
- Run-Hide-Fight, applied to your environment
Module 2: Facility Vulnerability Walkthrough (2 hours)
An instructor-led walk of your entire facility with your team:
- Entry and exit points, parking, and perimeter vulnerabilities
- Defensible positions: where your people can stage, observe, and respond from
- Blind spots and surveillance gaps
- Layout analysis: crowd flow, evacuation routes, choke points
- Storage areas and secondary spaces for lockdown and shelter-in-place
- Two to three live scenario overlays walked through on site
You receive a verbal debrief of the vulnerabilities found and the corrective actions we recommend.
Advanced: 6 hours minimum
Everything in Essentials, plus:
Module 3: Dry-Fire Drills and Tactical Movement (2 hours)
All drills are dry-fire (no live ammunition) and suitable for mixed experience levels.
- Draw stroke from holster: efficiency, consistency, safety
- Presentation to target, sight alignment, trigger discipline
- Malfunction recognition and clearance
- Emergency and tactical reloads
- One-handed and support-hand-only fundamentals
- Slicing the pie: clearing doorways, hallways, corners
- Threshold control and movement through doorways
- Cover versus concealment
- Two-person room entry and hall coverage
- Positioning drilled against the scenarios found in your walkthrough
Who this is for
- Houses of worship
- Schools
- Healthcare facilities
- Corporate offices
- HOAs and residential communities
Training is customised to the sector. A synagogue security committee and a hospital front desk face different threats and need different answers.
